Quality Control Program

Commitment to Quality

At CNA, the quality of our construction projects is a cornerstone of our success. Our comprehensive Quality Control Program is designed to ensure that quality initiatives are meticulously planned and executed at every level, from skilled craftsmen to project managers.

Designating a Quality Leader

Before construction begins, we assign a dedicated member of our project management team as the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) manager. This individual is responsible for spearheading our quality efforts, ensuring that every aspect of the project meets our high standards.

Holistic Team Responsibility

While the QA/QC manager leads the charge, we believe that quality is a shared responsibility. Every member of the project team, from laborers to supervisors, is committed to achieving superior quality outcomes. This collective accountability fosters a culture where quality is ingrained in every task and decision.

On-Site Implementation and Oversight

The QA/QC manager is actively involved in the project, overseeing the implementation of our Quality Control Program on-site. This includes regular inspections, including safety inspections, detailed quality checks, and continuous monitoring to ensure that all work aligns with the project’s stringent quality requirements. By maintaining a visible presence on-site, the QA/QC manager provides immediate guidance and support to the team, addressing any issues promptly to keep the project on track.

Exceeding Expectations

Our goal is not just to meet but to exceed quality expectations. The QA/QC manager works closely with the entire project team to ensure that every phase of construction adheres to the highest standards. This dedication to excellence ensures that the finished project not only meets but surpasses client expectations.

By embedding quality into every stage of our projects, CNA consistently delivers outstanding results that reflect our commitment to excellence.
